What Families Say
A selection of accounts from people who've used our services.
Sophie R.
French expat, Nimman area
"I'd been putting off sorting our household papers for over a year. The document organisation service took half a day and left me with a folder system I actually use. Nothing complicated — just sensible and well-explained."

David & Mintra M.
Australian-Thai household, Hang Dong
"We set up the household administration service before our second child started school. The contact directory alone saved us a lot of back-and-forth. One small thing — I wish we'd done it sooner. The reminder system has been genuinely useful."

Nadia W.
Dutch, two-household family
"We came to the blended-family workshop a bit uncertain about what to expect. It was nothing like a counselling session — just practical. We left with a shared calendar structure and an agreed way of handling school communication that both households actually use now."

Piyawan K.
Thai, single-parent household
"As a single parent running a household alone, the administration service felt like a relief rather than a task. The routine reminder setup has made my mornings less chaotic. Malee was patient with how much I needed to explain first."

Tom C.
British, relocated from Singapore
"We needed our household documents organised after moving from Singapore. James was methodical and clear — he set up a system that made sense for how we actually use our files. The index document has been referred to multiple times already."

Anat & Marcus B.
Israeli-German, three-child household
"Three kids, two sets of school paperwork, two passports each, assorted medical records — the document organisation session gave us a structure we hadn't found on our own. What I appreciated most was that nobody touched the contents, just helped us file them sensibly."

Case Study — Document Organisation
From three shoeboxes to one working system
The challenge
A family of four who had moved to Chiang Mai two years earlier had accumulated documents from three countries across multiple physical folders and a disorganised cloud drive. They could rarely find anything when they needed it.
What we did
During a half-day session, James worked through the existing files with the family, created a folder hierarchy that matched how they actually searched for documents, labelled everything consistently and built a one-page household index.
The result
All key documents findable within two to three clicks. The family reported spending significantly less time hunting for paperwork at renewal time. The system has been in use for over six months without requiring changes.
"It sounds like a small thing but it changed how the household feels. I'd recommend it to anyone who has been putting it off."

Case Study — Blended-Family Logistics Workshop
Two households, one shared school calendar
The challenge
Two separate households sharing custody of two children were struggling with missed pickups, duplicate parent evenings and a general sense that logistics were constantly being negotiated from scratch. Both households wanted a system, but had not found one that worked across both.
What we did
Nathalie ran a three-hour workshop with representatives from both households. Together they agreed on a shared digital calendar structure, a simple communication protocol for school matters and a handover checklist for transition days.
The result
Four months later, both households report fewer logistics conflicts. The calendar structure has remained in use without significant modification. The follow-up check-in at two weeks confirmed both sides were comfortable with it.
"It felt like a workshop about calendars, not about us. Which was exactly what we needed."
